Don’t judge a book by it’s cover! This property is located down a semi concrete/gravel County Road and has a few older mobile homes across from the property. Don’t let this distract you from this hidden gem. This is relaxation at its best with an amazing community within with zero drama. Property is new and almost completed, only missing the walking trail at the back of the property. We used to book Cedar Breaks (Lake Georgetown) but now that everyone wants to camp we decided to find a permanent spot to set-up and not have the hassle to setup/take down or finding open spots. WE LOVE IT HERE. We are considering upgrading our travel trailer now. WELCOME HOME!!

  Had a great 6 week stay here. Park is very clean and organized, and the WiFi is exceptional. We’d like to thank the management for working with us due to unforeseen health circumstances. We will stay again and would highly recommend to everyone.

  It is a quite, small gated community. It's beautiful here. Deer come out of the woods in the evening time. I am taking a star away, only bc there isn't a dog park. It is dog friendly. Dogs need to be able to run free and not stay on a leash. After they stayed coup up in a small rv with the owner, we both could use a space to run.

  Nice little place to stay and get away from it all. They are looking to add a swimming pool which would really make it a cool place to stay for a weekend or more. The only downside is a huge housing community is being built close by, so it might not feel like you are away from everything if that is what you are seeking.
