How can I make a reservation?
So glad you asked! Reservations can be made easily online with our simple booking system. If you have questions or would like to book an extended stay, call us at (512) 886-0777.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is at 1:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability, so please reach out to our team!
What utilities are included in the rates?
For daily and weekly stays at Sunset Ranch RV Park, rates include electricity, water, sewer, and access to all amenities. For monthly stays, water and sewer are included, and electricity is metered separately and billed monthly.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for seniors aged 62 and over (10% off daily rates), active duty and retired military personnel (15% off), Good Sam Club members (10% off), and an additional 5% off your total rate when you stay 14 nights or more. *Discounts cannot be combined, and valid ID or membership cards are required at check-in.

Policies and Procedures
Reservation Agreement
By reserving at Sunset Ranch RV Park, you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions, including our policies regarding cancellations and refunds. We consider a reservation a mutual commitment; we promise to secure your reserved space and decline all other requests in exchange for your payment. Please be aware that there are no refunds for shortened stays, as you are responsible for the full amount of your booking. Additionally, exceeding the specified number of guests in your reservation may result in eviction without reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
If your stay is a week or less, a seven-day cancellation notice is required. For long-term RV reservations of a week or more, a thirty-day notice is necessary. Cancellation charges apply based on your reservation. You can change your reservation date once at no cost, subject to site availability. Deposit Policy
RV spots require a non-refundable deposit made at the time of the reservation: Daily/Weekly – First Night’s Rate $50.00; Monthly – $150.00.
No-Show Policy
We kindly remind our guests that failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will result in the full charge of your reservation. To prevent any potential misunderstandings, we greatly appreciate your communication.
